Photography Release

I hereby grant to Mission 4:10 Volleyball the right to take photographs and/or video of my daughter(s) during volleyball tournaments or practices. I authorize the Mission 4:10 Volleyball club, its assigns and transferees to use such photographs and/or video of my daughter(s) with or without their name(s) on their website, https://mission410volleyball.org, Facebook and/or Instagram.
