12U GENESIS

The fee for Genesis is $1100

REGIONAL TEAMS (13U – 18U)

The fee for Regional teams is $1500 per player.

NATIONAL TEAMS (15U – 17U)

The fee for National Teams is $2300 per player.

TAXI PLAYERS (Regional Teams Only)

Taxi fees are half of the regular fee. National teams do not accept taxi players.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay your fee in full upon acceptance of your offer or participate in one of our payment plans:

PAYMENT SCHEDULE #1

  • 50% of total fee due upon acceptance of offer
  • 12/15: 25% of your total fee
  • 1/10/27: Remaining balance (25%) of your total fee
  • Your credit card will be charged according to this payment plan if you choose it.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE #2

  • 25% of total fee due upon acceptance of offer
  • 11/15: 25% of your total fee
  • 12/15: 25% of your total fee
  • 1/15/26: Remaining balance (25%) of your total fee
  • Your credit card will be charged according to this payment plan if you choose it.

Note: you will be charged a fee of $2.75 per transaction as well as 2.8% for credit card processing. The transaction fee goes to SportsConnect, the system we are using, and the credit card processing fee goes to…you guessed it, the credit card companies.

YOUR FEES COVER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Two custom, fully sublimated jerseys (tournament players only)
  • Two practice shirts (all players including taxis)
  • Club warmup (all players including taxis)
  • Club backpack (all players including taxis)
  • Coaching and player development
  • Court rental
  • Recruitment assistance
  • Tournament registration fees:
    Regional – tournaments typically in the PA/MD/VA area. Mostly single day with at least one (but maybe more) multi-day tournament
    National – National teams will participate in mostly multi-day tournaments in PA, VA, KY, TN. Teams also have the potential to attend AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL
  • Coaches AAU/JVA registration, background check, training, pay & travel reimbursement
  • Insurance
  • Equipment

OTHER COSTS TO EXPECT

  • Extended Youth Athlete Membership in AAU ($24). Note, all athletes must be a current Extended AAU member or they will not be permitted to participate.
  • Loose fitting athletic shorts with a minimum 4″ inseam for practice at WBC
  • Black 4″ inseam spandex (black shorts (minimum 4″ inseam) or black leggings are also acceptable  if you have an objection to spandex)

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • We highly recommend shoes specific to the sport of volleyball (Asics, Mizuno, etc.)
  • Knee pads
  • Some sort of ankle brace – Active Ankles, RocketSocks, etc.

INCIDENTAL COSTS
(these costs will be higher for Nationals teams due to increased out-of-state travel)

  • Travel to and from tournaments
  • Hotel and food costs for any multi-day tournaments
  • Sometimes:
    – Tournament spectator fees (charged by the venue)
    – Parking fees (charged by the venue)
